Clicks

Clicks is the industry slang for individual printed or copied pages. The term is ubiquitous in copier service contracts, billing, and cost analysis. A "click charge" refers to the per-page cost under a service agreement. Color clicks typically cost 3-5 times more than black and white clicks due to the use of four toner colors versus one. Some contracts count duplex (two-sided) pages as two clicks (one per side), while others count them as one click, so it's important to understand how your contract defines clicks.
